THE STOP - A road map to survival



·     To unlawfully carry concealed one has to have the mental state or “mens re” to commit a crime.

·     The “stop” starts when the blue and red lights come on.

·     The “trial” starts when the blue and red lights come on.

·     The enforcement officer looks for admissions.

·     If you feel compelled to speak, admit nothing.

·     Deny everything.

·     Counter charge.
